Come join Mackinac Bridge Authority Director, Kim Nowack, for a fascinating presentation on the Mackinac Bridge, highlighting the Bridge from its conception to all it takes today to keep the Bridge operational.
Kim Nowack has been the Director of the Mackinac Bridge Authority since 2019; the department is responsible for the operation, maintenance, toll collection and administration of the Mackinac Bridge. She is the first woman to hold this executive role and has a background as a civil engineer with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). She also previously served as the Chief Bridge Engineer for the Authority. Kim is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University.
