Available Storytimes

Wee Wednesdays (All ages, adult lap for children under age 3)

Enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and more in this interactive storytime for all ages. This storytime is perfect for families with children of different ages. Drop in, no registration required.

Bitty Bops (Babies under age 2, with an adult lap)

Babies like stories and music too! This program engages babies with songs, nursery rhymes, fingerplays and short stories. We want this to be a special time for you and your baby, so please make other arrangements for siblings. Registration required.

Toddler Time (Ages 24 months - 35 months, with an adult lap)

This interactive storytime introduces toddlers to books, reading, and language through stories, songs, fingerplays and more. This program helps build the early literacy skills children need to learn to read! We want this to be a special time for you and your toddler, so please make other arrangements for siblings. Registration required.

Preschool Storytime (Ages 3-5 years)

This class encourages pre-reading skills through stories, songs, fingerplays and rhymes. This is a great introduction for children to being in a group, following directions and listening independently without a parent. Registration Required.

Teddy Tales (All ages, adult lap for children under age 3)

Bring a stuffed animal and enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and more in this family storytime for all ages. This evening program is perfect for families who are not able to attend daytime programs. Registration required.

Enhanced Storytime (Ages 0-5, with a caregiver)

These monthly storytimes will expand the early literacy and language skills gained storytime by adding stations to explore and develop fine motor, sensory, problem solving, gross motor and social emotional skills.  Each family will receive one copy of the featured book to take home and keep.

(Made possible by a grant from the Great Start Collaborative)
